32554, 37018, 37045 and 37181 are all definitely done. I’m on annual leave for a couple weeks so not sure if many others been done in that time. Several coaches have also been done

32549 in green without vinyls today in Camborne, I think that one will be the last of the green one's to be vinyld with just the one "partner" gemini to be done. Then on to the new brands for 2021 I suppose.

It said on "Kernow behind the scenes" Facebook page that 4 volvos are about to be repainted into a new livery with the first being done right now.
Does anyone know which 4 volvo this will be happening to?

I haven't been paying much attention recently, but I don't recollect reading in advance that the A2 would be resurrected for a three day period Tue-Thurs this last week, extended from St Ives to Lands End via Zennor, operated by an open topper with two journeys each way. I almost crashed my car at Long Rock when I saw what proved to be the lunchtime departure from Pz coming along, correctly blinded but completely empty. Wish I'd known in advance, might have attempted a journey suitably wrapped up!

I wasn't aware that the A2 and A3 weren't supposed to be running last week. I know they weren't on BH Monday 28th, but thought it was Saturday service Tues-Thurs.

Think probably the start of many things. The return of the 82 was on the Devon funding wish list. https://devoncc.sharepoint.com/site...xLeDVkdWxuYWJPUTEzUmc_cnRpbWU9N2YwdlNBaXoyRWc

I'd hope that BoS could get the 300 (if that made a return as it's on the list) as, to my embarrassment, I have driven the route but never travelled on it in either SN/RB, First or Quantock times. It's a stunning bit of coastline. Mind you, not done the 82 either.

From what was intimated, there were a number of better margin and innovative things to come. Look forward to seeing more unveiled as time goes on.

I couldn't get that link to work however it does if you access it via: https://www.traveldevon.info/bus/dft-bus-funding-consultation-20-21/

The application appears to suggest an unsubsidised service starting on 12th Feb which would be brave in a normal year wheras the document suggests a council subsided service from Easter which might at least stand a chance of starting this year. I do hope this means they'll bring back the VRs that they used to operate it with back in the day, plus possibly the 'heritage' service from Okehampton with the FLF!

Is it a daily service or weekly? I assume this is the start of First over the Tamar?

Odd that link didn't work but at least you found another way.

The start date caught my eye too. You fancy a trip on something as pristine as this...At least it had coach seats (on the lower deck and top deck front windows.... why it lost them on the rest of the top deck, who knows! Those were the days when you knew what you were getting from First in Devon and Cornwall

Other questions would be the adoption of a new identity for a summer service that runs possibly only Sat and Sun. However, that's attempting to draw conclusions on disparate bits of information; guess we have to wait and see what actually happens

I suspect the new identity is for something much more substantial than this! As somebody says in the comments on that photo on Flickr it needed to be a decker and didnt work as soon as they put single decks on it. However this would provide weekend work for the college buses at Plymouth.

Yeah I would think the new identity will be for something much bigger than this but will have to wait and see. I wait for timetables for this one though as I liked the old 82 in FDC times

I just mean bigger than what I imagine is a one or two day operation and not a frequent service. I am looking forward to seeing this '82' as it was a shame when they pulled it before but am surprised by February start!
