SWR delay repay

Thought I’d post here before attempting SWR’s phone line.

Has anyone been able to claim delay repay since the move from card to the larger barcode paper tickets?

If I put paper ticket as the option it won’t accept the 11 letter ticket “number” wants 5 or 8 as per the old tickets.

If I try it as an E or M ticket it wants a .pdf scan - have tried just taking a photo, but the app stops with nothing enabled.

Just spent half an hour trying to get it to “work”.

More frustration after yesterdays 1.75 hours late at Esher for the races.:|

Many thanks.

There should still be a 5 digit ticket number in the bottom right corner.

No doesn’t seem to be. They don’t look like the old tickets for sure.

Anyway thanks for the reply :)

Your ticket number is the first five digits in the long set of numbers that ends "05-00" at the bottom of your ticket. I'd also recommend removing the barcode and UTN (or possibly the whole image) from your post.

Many thanks both that really isn’t obvious.

I’ll remove the image. Though not sure why - no I don’t want to know ;)

Well thanks for the help the app still wont go to enable even with a photo uploaded and the correct ticket ref. Is there any other way of claiming?
