The Stourbridge route has a summit at Causeway Green, between Langley Green and Rowley Regis, somewhere around 170 metres ASL as far as I can tell from OS maps. The line then drops down through Rowley Regis station, Old Hill Tunnel and all the way down into the Stour Valley just beyond Cradley Heath. The only other tunnel is at Rainbow Hill, Worcester.
Not sure about the Bromsgrove route, presumably Blackwell Summit is what it says? After burrowing under Birmingham city centre there are a couple of short tunnels before Kings Norton then nothing until the aforementioned Rainbow Hill Tunnel.
