I appreciate the need for accessible carriages, and to that end the layout looks good. It remains to be in seen in practice how easy it is to move around these multi level trains with luggage especially if folks get on the wrong carriage (easily done where RJs change direction en-route).

The presenter sees seat comfort, the lack of bins and small tables critical in the video.

Slightly surprising to find that there are steps rather than a slope at each end of the low-floor section - sloped floor sections seem quite common in mainland Europe. I suspect the answer is that they are less of a hazard when next to seating.
