TfL staff oyster - NR validity

As I understand, a TfL staff oyster allows free travel on TfL routes. Which NR routes are also included in the free travel?

With some Googling, I found this document, which lists 6 NR routes.

However, from the filename, it seems to be from 9 years ago, so I was wondering if anything has changed? E.g. addition of GWR/GA shared routes with Elizabeth line?

Only change to National Rail availability is to add:
Barking to Stratford c2c (when diverted)
Liverpool Street-Stratford c2c (when diverted).
Euston-Watford Junction includes Avanti West Coast services.
Liverpool Street-Stratford includes GA services
“TfL Rail” should now be regarded as Elizabeth Line in “All TfL rail services”:
No addition of GwR or other GA services

Thanks for your reply!

Regarding:
Euston-Watford Junction includes Avanti West Coast services.
Usually Avanti are pick-up/set-down only at Watford Junction, so the average person can't use Avanti for Euston - Watford Junction (and vice-versa). Does it mean a TfL staff pass bypasses the pick-up/set-down only rule?

No, I think it means if you want to go to Milton Keynes (say) you only need a ticket from Watford and the train you are on is not required to stop at Watford Junction either.

That's something I could never get a straight answer from TfL staff travel about.
As I understand it, that's because there's a longstanding difference of opinion with Avanti who didn't like the arrangement they inherited, with the added compication of pick-up/set-down only stops. The unofficial compromise seems to be that if you've been TfL staff since before BR privatisation and also have NR Priv travel then you should get Euston-Watford J free, otherwise be prepared for an argument.
