Driver and Conductor Assesments Overwriting Each Other?

Afternoon all,

Just a quick question for my peace of mind. I recently applied for a trainee driver position and failed at DMI after passing psychometrics. I am now applying for a guard/conductor position instead and have made it past sift to take conductor psychometrics. Am I assuming rightly that as seperate series of tests I can 'hold' both passes at the same time and that one will not overwrite the other? I'd hate to do these conductor tests, pass (or fail) them and then have to retake the driver psychometrics if another opportunity to be a trainee driver came up. I am assuming they are entirely seperate and have no bearing on each other but just thought I'd ask anyway.

Thanks all

They are entirely separate. There is no longer any national standard tests for conductors although some TOCs choose to use psychometric tests as part of the recruitment process.
