    I'm That's a fairly good breakdown of both sides of the coin. I'm thinking of dropping to 30 hrs. It is health related, plus a lifetime of shifts has burnt me out I think.

    How many applications and interviews until you cracked it?

    1st time for me. Lucky I guess, however I had the transferable skills that I new would appeal. 20 years working in control room of a secure hospital. Thinking on my feet, dealing with suicide, safety critical comms etc.... But still a lot of luck
