    ptac + priv on oyster

Wouldn't that be the existing "All Rail-N" discount, which allows PAYG discounts on NR and LU/DLR services, but doesn't let you load a Priv-discounted Travelcard Season?

    Urgent TOPS Requests

Sadly I've only just seen this and the formation has already dropped off. Seems to be increasingly common that you can't view historic formations (or I'm not using the right options!)

    Urgent TOPS Requests

Showing as having arrived at Aberdeen Clayhills at around 0900 this morning, so almost certainly going to be on 1B16/1M16 tonight, due into Euston at 0800 tomorrow. Sadly both formations have dropped off of TRUST now, so can't help on that front.

Interrail cabin reservation on GWR Night Riviera

SZE is one of the ten levels of Berth Supplement for a Solo cabin (TZx for Twin.) The member of staff will need to select it at some point during the reservation process. Exactly where depends on the Ticket Issuing System they're using. For Worldline MTiS/TOMTIS/Tribute X for example they...

Delay Repay with voluntary break of journey

I suspect the default position is that both legs would be treated as separate journeys given you've left railway property between the two. So you'd only be entitled to claim Delay Repay for the actual delay incurred (if any) on each leg.

Slade Green to Maidenhead Using Smartcard Ticketing

You'd have expected that to be the case, but no. LU barriers reject cross-London walk up tickets on ITSO with Code 57. I believe there's a similar issue with using them at stations operated by TOCs other than the one that owns the flow. So much for interoperability!

Slade Green to Maidenhead Using Smartcard Ticketing

At present, most cross-London journeys aren't enabled for Smartcard fulfilment as TfL barriers don't accept them. There is a project underway to resolve this, but no timescale at present.

    Bought ticket on the train

Not suggesting that the OP did, but the usual scenario involves tapping in with an Oyster or Contactless, or using a magstripe ticket to Wembley or Harrow. No conversation needed that way.

    Bought ticket on the train

If it's not dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure, yes. 1713601005 If that's the case, they've also walked past an open Ticket Office and I find it incredibly unlikely that they would have been let through the barriers without a ticket.

    Digital Fraud Email from WMT?

Though if previous Railcards were purchased from a Ticket Office, it's reliant on the application form being completed accurately and sent to RDG's data processing contractor for entry into the relevant databse. Depending on the Ticket Issuing System being used it should be possible to locate...

    Bought ticket on the train

Indeed. From Chiltern's point of view it would look like a case of "pay when challenged" given that, even if the Ticket Office was closed, Marylebone has multiple ticket machines which accept both cash and card payments and can sell most tickets other than Boundary Zone extensions and those with...

TFW Advance Tickets - South Wales to Manchester

Also the last weekend in May is a bank holiday weekend, which will likely put further pressure on loadings.

    GWR PAYG

Indeed. I've seen stats from one TOC with several stations having 80%+ Smart seasons, including a couple at 100%. Admittedly that could just be one season ticket holder travelling from those stations, but still.

    Bought ticket on the train

Entirely plausible if it was 0615. The Ticket Office doesn't open until 0630, but TVMs should have been working.

Interrail cabin reservation on GWR Night Riviera

The other potential issue is that GWR no longer do berth-inclusive products, instead having different tiers of berth supplement. If a member of staff hasn't sold a Sleeper ticket since that change took place it could be catching them out.

    Thameslink double charging keycard holder

I suspect this may be due to the railway ticketing day ending at 0429, which normally wouldn't be a problem...but there are always edge cases like this. From the keyGo back office perspective they've likely got an unfinished journey on Day 1 and an unstarted one on Day 2. Hopefully someone at...

RMT turns down Network Rail Pay Offer

Similarly, February's RPI (published mid-March) is used for staff with an April anniversary date, as it's the last one to be published before 1st April.
