Hi all - I booked a trip in August and was due to travel the week before the late Bank Holiday. Upon checking the timetables the night before I found that my first train had been cancelled and subsequently entered the wilds of trying to get a refund for my journey. I have had some correspondence...
I don't know for sure, but how far in advance are you renewing? Perhaps if it's too far it won't let you have too much of an overlap as the validity might only be 3 years and a couple of days to allow for postage.
Discounted fares may now be rounded up; but not sure if this has always been the case? I don't think I've topped up by anything other than a round number of pounds.

I'm not sure you can take validity of a Huntingdon-London ticket as being prescriptive of a Stevenage-London one? Is BoJ allowed on both parts of the Huntingdon ticket?
I have seen a few flyers asking for consultation on the 130 (on some of the Sapphires that have been demoted to other services) - whether this is related I don't know..?
