Same here - I'm now into a temporary contract to the middle of January.. but at least it's in a customer service role and out of sales (sp!t)!

Thanks Red... sounds like good advice. I've missed some local opportunities that I'm now kicking myself for not following up because I thought I might compromise my position with the original role (but apparently not) - so I will carry on doing what I'm doing whilst waiting (for a call) and...

I've tried contacting HR several times and get the same stock response 'you are still in the pool we'll contact you etc..' I've shied away from trying to contact the depot directly as I didn't want to come across as pushy and/or desperate... but maybe this will be worth a try at this stage.
