Does substituting RRBs for trains fall into any of those categories?

Hopefully you are correct, but I'm sure I saw the following weekend was RRBs too - I even cancelled a hotel booking on the basis that I couldn't get back on 21st! Perhaps they've decided they can complete the work more quickly.
