    TfL Cyber Security Incident

In this day and age that isn't acceptable. I would have a law passed fhat requires companies of over a set size to provide accessible Wwb sites, with fines if they don't.

I agree an on your kaat point. Then one can use an authenticator app and they are not reliant on having reception to receive SMSs, which on parts of the underground is non-existant on O2 and that's even if you just include the stations, never mind the tunnels.

    TfL Cyber Security Incident

One of the most important parts of that news report was at the end. Like a lot of media organisations, they put useful things at the end. it usually pays to read the end of a news report. Clearly TfL needed to do more previously, including communications with staff around refunds. Hopefully...

    TfL Cyber Security Incident

I've managed to switched e-mail addresses for same organisations when I lost account access but for one company all I could do was delete my account and start again. I chose not to do that. I guess you might be unlucky enough to find out which camp TfL sit in.

    American airlines ticket expiring help

Many thanks. I ended up booking another trip starting today and I will see what happens. I used a re-book option but there was no way I could enter the flight credit ticket number, despite the instructions saying it was possible and how to do it. ?I was within the window to book. So I rang up...

    American airlines ticket expiring help

    Speeding Fine

That could be applied to so many more things. I work in London but don't get to vote in any elections there. Out of interest, can anyone attend a speed awareness course or are they only open to those caught speeding? As I don't drive, I would not need to attend one myself.

Car ownership: does it improve lives or is it detrimental?

Car ownership is needed by some and if my brother did not drive or own a car, I would lose the help I get to shift stuff. However if some people can get away without owning a car then that is good. So I feel some need to own a car but not everyone. Obviously those that drive need to help...
