According to reports on the wnxx forum, 60011 'popped' yesterday after 'throwing a leg out of bed'. If that is true then does that mean the end of the famous blue tug I wonder???? :cry:

'IF' it is true then yes you can probably say goodbye to 60011, it'll probably go and keep 60081 company at Toton!

60011 is currently sat in Kingsbury awaiting transfer to Immimgham.

Not sure how she is to get back, possibly DIT 6E41/6E54

Just heard from another 'source' that 60011 hasn't gone bang, she just has an oil leak. Problem is, without seeing any pics, I guess its hard to know whats really happened.

Oh well, no doubt DB will throw it on the scrapline @ Toton, and just patch up another 60 to takes its place until that goes bang I guess!

If anyone sees/hears anything, info would be much appreciated.

From early inspection, no serious damage.
