I am a colossal idiot and bought two sets of advance tickets (me+ a friend) for the wrong weekend which i payed and confirmed before realising my mistake on the Southeastern website for collection at my local TVM which is unstaffed (Maidstone Barracks). I was under the mistaken impression that it would be a simple case of going into my Southeastern account and just click cancel. Nope! Followed the links to the Southeastern refund page only to be told that i would need to go to my local ticket office to get it fixed (i guess this would be Maidstone East??) Kinda freaking out as they werent cheap at all
