Looking for some advice please. I have a booking for tomorrow for 6 Adults (2x Anytime Group 3 tickets) between Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street. They were booked through the TrainPal app and I have collected the tickets from a station already.

One passenger might not be able to travel now but I’m not going to be able to confirm this until very much last minute and possibly not until tomorrow which is the day of travel. I assume this would mean that one of the Anytime Group 3 tickets would no longer be valid as there would be only 2 adults?

If I needed to, when would be the latest I could apply for a refund for this? And how much would the refund fee be? Is it £10 per person or £10 per transaction? Would they class the Anytime Group 3 as one transaction although it has been issued on individual tickets?

Appreciate any help or advice.

You have 28 days after the date on the ticket (s) to apply for a refund and the fee would just be £10 for the transaction. Hang on to the ticket(s) as you will almost certainly have to send an image of it to get the refund. Look up the details of what Trainpal ask for on their website.

Show all the tickets say one person is in the toilet ?

The railway doesn't want you travelling separately, can't see an issue if you've all the tickets in your possession, you haven't gained anything financially
