Avanti decide not to travel when there's a delay - how to get refund

Hi I decided not to travel as there was a delay, announced at the station. How would I go about claiming a refund for the unused advance ticket bought on Avanti website? Thanks.

You’re entitled to a full refund for an abandoned journey - if the system tries to charge an admin fee, contact Avanti.
