I've twice recently bought advance tickets from the Avanti app on my iPhone. The confirmatory email includes the necessary information about train times and seat reservations, but the ticket when downloaded to the Apple wallet lacks that information. Presumably it is visible on the QR code otherwise staff checking it wouldn't know if a passenger was on the right train, but it is frustrating and confusing not to be able to read it oneself. Is this a fault with the system, or have I missed something?
