Hoping someone can help. Perhaps I'm really missing something but I can't find anywhere on the Avanti West Coast website that says how you can leave feedback.

I've found forms to claim for things, to complain etc but I don't want to complain, I want to send praise for a truly great member of staff I witnessed and spoke to today who went out of their way to help many people in a very difficult situation - an 11 car service replaced with 5 car.

They do. From the home page, click on 'Help and support' then 'More help' then 'Praise one of our team'

The "help and support" section of the mobile version of their website doesn't seem to have this option.

It's in help or support on the mobile version, then click 'Need more help?' then scroll down.

I was thinking exactly the same (presuming we were on the same train from Glasgow this morning).
All the ladies on that service were stars, I felt so sorry for some of the flak they were having to put up with particularly from some (understandably aggrieved but very toxic) pax with First Class tickets who were raging about not getting their seat or freebies in the declassified carriage. Two women in particular who got on at Carlisle and either Oxenholme or Lancaster practically wanted to throw the occupants (elderly I think too) out of "their" seats and would not shut up (or listen to the announcements) no matter how many times other pax explained. (And some of us were standing too, just grateful to get on it.)
The carriage found it highly amusing when the first one "discovered" the other from behind the vestibule door and they started doing a duet...
