Bicester/Aylesbury to Marylebone not reporting

Is there an issue with this section of track today? On websites like Traksy & Signal Maps, everything is fine up until Bicester North/Oxford Parkway, in which it then cuts off and is frozen on what was showing last night.
RTT isn't reporting for anything on these sections either.

There is a fault with the Train Describer, as such the entire area isn't reporting automatically.

All departure screens weren't working at Princes Risborough today, they had something about a fault on it
