the lift have been out for ages
makes me worry with Revune if they try and PF thoses of us who needs step free by being forced to go past the station as it reasonable adjustments
I had few issues in past with revune giving me false PF with vaild ticket that where all dropped due to fact station one side is not step free
just woudnrying how many renvuen act like they dont care about the law and acces rights

It says you should contact the number given which will advise on what to do. Alternatively, if you just turn up without having made contact in advance, staff will then presumably make the appropriate arrangements.

I don’t think you can just travel to another station of your own accord (beyond the validity of your ticket) and not expect to be challenged.

Strange - it appeared to be working again the week before last. Seriously, though, the length of time this has taken is indefensible.

Normally they will send you to the nearest accessible station to get taxi to the station which sometimes is past the stop

I have had it happen without taxi before for example greenhithe station when lift out to have to go Dartford to change and come back as it was nearest accessible station Vs trying to get an approved wheelchair accessible taxi.

Tho the issue is when few RPI seem to not want to understand what happened or the proof you show on the passenger assistance booking and emails of the taxi details

I have had advance ticket, tickets where you can't break journey but journey was done via taxi on parts.

I know the platforms lifts are working but main entrance has been out a lot which does affect thoses of us who needs step free.

That is the one I was referring to. I could have sworn that when I last used Parkway (2 weeks ago today) the barriers were no longer in front of the lift and someone with suitcases was using it.
