Who remembers anything about the never built class 447, and why they were never built? I know, do you?

Battersea Bullet trains, designed for a London Victoria - some entertainment complex to be built on Battersea Power Station or something

The complex was never built, and as a result, neither were the trains. 3 x 4car units.

Most likely now that transport links to Battersea (talk of development being back on) will be provided by the Northern Line- the Kennington branch will rather than go round the loop be extended westwards.
