Passed a couple of freightliner class 86s that were heading north on low loaders on the M1 south of Sheffield on tuesday. Anyone know where they were off to (assuming Rotherham)

Rotterdam rather than Rotherham, they are all on their way to Bulgaria

This could be Rotterdam or anywhere
Liverpool or Rome
'Cause Rotterdam is anywhere
Anywhere alone
Anywhere alone

Sad to see them go but hopefully they have a renewed life in eastern europe.

I saw a Youtube video showing 86610 loaded onto a Reid Freight lowloader at Basford Hall on Tuesday. The video said it was off to Immingham for export.

Nice 'fall on' so to speak.
Only loco (well a shunter) that has passed me in a car was a class 03 'flowerpot', very strange when you see them coming.. a bit like your class 86's on the motorway.
