They are Mark 3 DVTs that have been stored at Long Marston for many years.Come past the scrap yard in Rotherham (opposite the football ground) at the weekend and it looks like there were 4 DVT's in to be scrapped.
Didn't have time to go down to see if was possible to get the numbers.
No Mk.4 DVTs have been sent to the scrap yard.
Pretty much everything in that picture is doomed: the DVTs, the mk3, and Millmoor... which makes it rather haunting.Those DVTs in Booths at Rotherham have been there for quite some months now, January I think, visible from the dual-carriageway road.
