Any help would be appreciated, I have secured an interview at the beginning of April for this role.

Any pointers? Currently, work in rail but am not directly operational.

What sort of specifics are you after?

The role seems to be one where you liaise between Performance and Service Delivery / Control roles as a relatively senior management role. Looks like its involved in continuous improvement in terms of performance and how the company responds to incidents as well as working with other TOCs to deliver better performance plans.
