Driver manager interview

Hi everyone, I've been to 2 different driver manager interviews with GTR and The underground just in 2017 , I happen to have passed all of the assessments but failed both at the last stage driver manager interview, I think I must be doing somethings wrong , can anyone help with any advice please?

It's difficult to suggest any reason where you went wrong or even if you did. What feedback did you get ? If you haven't had any feedback then you should request it.
