I have recently applied for a customer service role at Network Rail.

I have received an email inviting me to do a video interview.

Does anyone know what it entails and what questions it's likely to ask.

If you search on the NR Signaller thread it has tips for the signaller interview - which I’m assuming will be similar if not identical to your one.
