I see that Eurostar now allows unlimited free changes to Standard and Standard Premier tickets up to 7 days before departure. Does anyone know whether this includes changes of route, for example changing Brussels-London to Rotterdam-London, please? I know that I will be making a journey on a particular day, but I won't know until nearer the time where exactly I'll be travelling from, and it would be good to be able to take advantage of cheap fares before the prices go up. (I know that there's always the option of booking Eurostar from Brussels now and then any local trains in Belgium or the Netherlands later, but it would be nice to be able to use the direct service.)

The changes are fee-free, you'll still need to pay the fare difference.
You can't change route on Passholder fares, so I would assume the same applies to ordinary ones
Whether you would be allowed to board at Brussels with a Rotterdam ticket I don't know - is it worth asking them?
The IC costs from EUR19 (full fare is about 40) so I would be inclined to book ES from Brussels and a semi-flex IC from Rotterdam - probably as cheap as it gets.
