How does one find out whether a particular train yesterday was on time or how late its was, please?

Realtimetrains is perhaps most peoples' immediate go to for running time information.

Alternatives include Raildar and Ontimetrains.

There are some others which will go back a few years in statistics if required.

Charlwood House goes back a year from memory (the website, not the nursery). It’ll also show the route a train takes if it goes off its booked route.
