Freedom pass - Ealing Broadway to Reading

I hoping to meet up with a friend in Oxford, for lunch in a couple of weeks time. I have a freedom pass and senior railcard. My plan is to travel to Reading with the freedom pass, and then get a ticket (online) from Reading to Oxford.
Understand that can use a Tfl train from Ealing to Reading with the Freedom pass, but not sure if the pass would also cover GWR trains - which are a bit quicker.
Information about this online is a bit vague on the subject. Can anyone help?

Only valid on the TfL Rail service I'm afraid. GWR acceptance only goes out to West Drayton from London.

Thanks for answer. I suspected it probably was the case that it was only Tfl trains to Reading, but difficult to confirm.
There is a more up to date 2021 map for the freedom pass at:

The map doesn't seem to show any validity West of West Drayton.

It's a very old version, from 2015. The really need to update it.
