Fuel economy of Scania Irizar PB and Volvo B12B 9700

Anyone any idea of mpg on either of these coaches?

Scania 2008 and Volvo 2009.

More info is needed like engine size/type, bhp, bodywork, chassis length etc.

To add to this the type of work the vehicle is on would make a massive difference. Obviously on private hire motorway work you're going to get better MPG vs start-stop school work. I don't really think anyone can give an accurate MPG average as there's too many variables at play.

Both 420hp 12l engines and 12m long.

mix of driving I’d say 70% motorway 30% start stop in town.

or if anyone who has or has drove one can say what they have had work done andwhat they got would give me an idea.

I’d hazard a guess that they’re both Caetano Levante Tri-axles?

Volvo B12, you’re gonna be looking around 5-7 around town, 12-15 at 100kmh.

Obviously there’s a lot of variables. But that’s a rough estimate from previous experience.

Cheers didn’t end up with either opted for a 13 plate neoplan tourliner triaxle 480hp.
