Gift card for train bookings in the UK?

I wanted to gift a trip to one of my close cousin. I am not sure where he will plan to travel so just want to share a gift card, so that he can use this and can book tickets for free (or discount). Are there any website which accepts gift card for train ticket booking ?

I'm sure others will add to this soon but am I right in thinking LNER do a gift voucher that you can use on their booking engine, to buy tickets for any train company?
