The Edinburgh PlusBus page lists the participating operators without specifying any exclusions.
I've had this before, though. The PlusBus team does a very good job considering the meagre resources it has.
But it does mean, two years after I complained when my PlusBus ticket was rejected by a First bus driver in York despite the fact the journey was within the mapped zone, the bus operator was participating in the PlusBus scheme and the route wasn't on the list of excluded services, nothing has changed. The operator can't be bothered to get the PlusBus website updated, the route in question still isn't on the list of excluded services and drivers are still under strict instructions to reject PlusBus tickets.
It is unfortunate as it means one has to ask around in online forums before purchasing a PlusBus ticket in order to find out if it will be accepted, which is not the way it ought to be.
