Leeds Station - Rear exit

Please pardon a personal query, but I shall be staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel on Granary Wharf, Leeds, in September.
Google maps shows the route from the station front exit via Neville St, but am I right in thinking there is a rear exit which will bring me down directly to Granary Wharf?
That area has changed so much since I was last there some 20 years ago!

Yes there is. I have used it to get to the Doubletree (nice Hotel by the way)

The southern entrance will bring you out just a minute's walk from the hotel. Mind, I would recommend calling in at The Hop for a pint on the way!

Does that entrance still close early? I've known passengers miss the last train before as they couldn't get in or make it round to the main entrance in time. Was a few years ago so not sure if that's changed.

Yes, it shuts between around 2200-0600 from memory.
