According to Stuart Clarke's "Miles & Chains" book:

The Main Demonstration line is 35 chains between Eynsham and Oxford Road stations (total length buffer stop to buffer stop is 37 chains)

The "Branch Line" is 15 chains in length.

According to their web site:

"The main demonstration line at Didcot runs the entire length of the Centre, a distance of nearly half a mile. Starting adjacent to the entrance, it runs along the Centre's eastern boundary, paralleling Network Rail's 'east curve'."

and

"The Branch Line runs down the western side of the Railway Centre, from Didcot Halt, located near the Turntable in the centre of the site, to the Transfer Shed at the north end of the Centre."

No length is given for the latter, but the site map here: http://www.didcotrailwaycentre.org.uk/guide/map.html
looks as if it's about half the length of the main line.
