LNER customer service assistant application. Advice on getting through to the next stage?

Hi all, I have applied to LNER to be a station customer service assistant three times and never had a response from them. I have applied to EMR and been accepted into their “talent pool”, but LNER is the company I really want to work for. Does anyone have any idea what I need to say/do to get through to the next stage?
