I need to book an earlybird ticket from Edinburgh to King's Cross on Sun 18th Nov. We are now well within the period for earlybird weekend booking but the LNER website still shows that 17, 18, 24, 25 November 2018 are unavailable. I contacted customer services and got a meaningless stock reply that didn't address the issue at all. I have tried other booking sites but only full price is showing.
Does anyone have experience of this and is there anything I can do?
ETA: I have just spoken to a customer services supervisor who said the delay is to do with engineering works and LNER are awaiting information from Network Rail.
