I have twice used the new National Rail app and both times it returned incorrect information. Today I was looking for trains from Worle to Exmouth on 6th Nov at 09.00. The app returned “we couldn’t find any services for the journey you have requested” I knew this to be wrong so googled the same journey details and Trainline confirmed my suspicions by giving me several train options for the journey. It looks like the National Rail app has been “improved” so that it doesn’t work anymore! Shame, I liked it but now I don’t trust it.
