Hi all, I have a badge/fob, it was handed down to me some time ago with some other things I have, I know its around 1926, but that's about it.
I have never come across anything like it.
Is it uncommon or is it something that's not seen very often.

Thanks

The NUR merged with the NUS (National Union of Seamen) to become the RMT, I would say it's modern equivalent is very, very common. Not that I can say that I've seen one of theses before.

It was worth a try, it is gold and part of a pocket watch and chain set from around 1926, given for 16years service as chairman of **** branch, a family piece.
Not that its going anywhere, I just like to know the history of things.
