Northumberland Line Tracking

I had thought that once the line had reopened and was carrying a fair numbers of passengers it would become possible to track the trains/mobile phones on the Signalbox.io website.
Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be working and trains simply disappear from the map when they leave the ECML.
I wonder if anyone can shed any light on why this might be the case.

The developers of that website will need to update it to include the new line. Traksy has been updated and shows the line with real-time data.
