Once an Arriva m-ticket 'single' is activated, how long before it expires ?

Once an Arriva m-ticket 'single' is activated, how long before it expires ?

I was unable to find this in the FAQ. I suspect it expires at the end of the day it is activated, but would prefer to be sure.

I had a look at a few areas on their website and they all said 4 hours once activated.
