The BBC have news of a train that left Liverpool Street at 23:30 but broke down twice on the way to Norfolk, taking seven hours to get there with customers on board. It finally rolled in at 06:30, a good five hours late.
There had been trouble in finding a thunderbird to haul it along when it first broke down, and National Express say they didn't obtain a replacement bus as they believed the train would get to Norfolk successfully after the initial repairs.
