Hi all,

Not sure of this is the correct area for this question, but to track workers have different banding to office staff? Some staff outside who perform picop or spicop duties are band 2B and I'm wondering is this the same as a band 2B in the office?

Bands and salary ranges are the same regardless of whether you're in an office role or out on the patch.
Salary bands should still be broken down on your Sharepoint/Intranet. Just requires a search and a quick dig to find.

I’d be very surprised if you had Band 2 managers undertaking PICOP duties!
