Please help can anyone tell me what RR1 means when trying to claim a refund for a cancelled train, I keep getting that message when I try in the App. The trains have cancelled quite a few times recently because of the weather, floods and storms and I regulary travel back and forth. Thank you

It seems to normally mean that they consider you to have refunded too many tickets in a short period of time - have you had any emails from them informing you of their decision?

If the ticket is unused then contact their customer services and ask for a refund manually. But - if you have used the ticket for a later train you need to claim Delay Repay, not a refund.
