Hopefully this is the right place for this, if not mods feel free to move.

Has RSH abandoned the mixing desk? I seem to now get a very Trainline like grid. Or is there a way to make it give me the mixing desk instead?

The grid has been the default on RSH for some time.

However to get the mixing deck view use this URL:
tickets.redspottedhanky.com

The same 'tickets.' prefix in the URL works with the other sites that use the Worldline (ATOS) WebTIS engine (GWR, SWR, TPX, Hull Trains).

Is it still possible to redeem Tesco Club Card vouchers using the old style mixing desk on Red Spotted Hanky? It would also be great if they got rid of their £1 booking fee!

I have to say that I find it very frustrating that websites moving away from using a Mixing Deck as I find it the best way to compare fares. Also I know that some people think that they have selected a specific train online then they have to travel on that service even if their ticket is flexible, so I think that this needs to be made clearer.

Presumably you just do as always - redeem your clubcard points, get sent a voucher code, add that to your account and then use that at the point of payment. I haven't done it for a while. Was going to use them for an upcoming trip since the value was going up to 3x but then Martin Lewis did us all a favour and stuck his nose in. Will have to wait until June now.

I think RSH is already 3x the value. It was just those the was going from 4 to 3 that has been delayed. Any increases take effect straight away.

Here's a comment from the Clubcard site from a user:

"Tesco Clubcard have confirmed to be [sic] that the boost factor will not change in June i.e. £5 clubcard will still = £10 RedSpottedHanky, so don't hang on to your points thinking you'll get 3 x value in June 2018"

Even more simplification. "We're making everything 3X except the ones we aren't."
