When I was interviewed for the role of REO, the first (video) interview was just an informal interview with a member of the recruitment team. This consisted of a few questions about my previous experience, how I handle conflict, my decision making, my resilience etc. There was then a group of questions about shift work, working in uniform, my flexibility and questions about the organisation. Make sure you know the 3 company values and look at both the Wikipedia Page for SE and the SE website, which tells you the geographics, makeup of the company, passenger numbers etc. Once I had finished the video interview, I was then put forward for an interview with an REO Team Leader and REO Manager, which was more competency based questions. The very best of luck, it's a challenging but rewarding role, which I enjoyed before moving on to new opportunities.

Thank you very much for the guidance. Much appreciated.
Kind regards
