"Reschanger" for BVE Trainsim v2.6.0.3 and BVE Trainsim v4.2.1947.25355

The new BVE Trainsim v2.6.0.3 "Reschanger" program is now available for general download at BRT. I have provided the hosting of the program on behalf of "reschanger" who contacted me. All credit should go to him for his outstanding effort.

BVE Trainsim v4.2.1947.25355 also sees the release of "Reschanger" v1.0.1.5 - an update of the previous version, v1.0.0.9.

Not that it matters much, but the current version for the BVE 4 program is actually 1.0.0.15. Just to avoid confusion.

And just to mention it in any case, I don't have a personal preference regarding where the tool can be downloaded from, I just contacted every site the current BVE 4 version was available at, and asked them to update their content.

Still thanks for hosting the program, Rich. My premise was the more sites (especially non-English sites) the tool is available from, the more people will get to know. I still assume that most BVE users worldwide, even if they were not interested in using the tools, wouldn't even know that they exist (with the BVE 4 tool available since almost half a year).
