Retail Service Manager - Leeds based roles at Crosscountry

Does anybody know if this role just involves operating the retail trolley and serving First Class customers? I can't find anything else on the current adverts, and £28k p.a. seems a very good salary for a role of this nature.

Also, how far do Leeds based staff travel on their allocated trains, and is it a 5 day week (38 hours)?

5 day week, Leeds get as far as Exeter, (possibly Manchester and Reading) and Glasgow.

You'll be required to hit sales targets and assist the Train manager with various tasks. You'll also be required to litter pick through the train frequently as well.
