No need to spend anything if you want to take a look, many of the simulations are free.

Thoroughly recommend it personally. Try some of the free/ donationware sims first if you want to get a "feel" for it first.

Has anyone tried this?

It looks fantastic, but my wallet will have to recover from the Winter Sales before I give it a go!

Yes it’s well worth the money, and some simulations are free.

My only slight bugbear is that they can be a little slow correcting issues with the free simulations. Whilst this is to some extent understandable, it’s frustrating when one’s favourite sim happens to be a free one, not through own choice.

I've got SimSig installed on my laptop and it's good fun to play on some of the free simulations. I'm no good at it, but I quite enjoy having a go and more often than not, messing it up! :) I'd definitely recommend it.

It is a very good simulation. I just like turning the disruption setting to the max to see how bad I cope with the problems or making my own timetables.

Which are the free ones? Everyone I click on seems to be paid for.
This is my simsig home screen and there is a tick box to reduce the list to only show free or owned sims. All but Birmingham New Street and Edinburgh are free on that list. Another free one that I like to play is Kings Cross.

I think Swindon may be a free one? There's probably someone who can list them all!

Swindon is indeed free

Cheers, I’ll give it a go some time. Been brushing up on my signalling knowledge first. Have been dabbling with train simulator, so this is next on list.
