Hello, one of my daughters is trying to claim delay repay from South Western Railway for the first time.
She's made an account, then gone to the claim section and entered the following as requested:
Your details - check
Journey - check
Ticket - uploaded OK, check
Compensation - check
On the final page are two blue buttons; one labelled "compensation" and the other "submit claim"
She's pressed the "submit claim" but the box greys-out and the little bar along the top just keeps moving.
What has she done incorrectly? I suggested she log out and try again. Same result.
Any ideas? Thanks.
