SSOW Planner / Possession planner looking to move to Australia

Hey there people

I'm determined to move to Australia permanently but I cant find my profession on any Australian rail recruitment websites , I'm a SSOW planner & possession planner does anybody know what this is called in Australia? and what would be my chances of getting employed with 2 years of the the above experience?

It probably wouldn't help but I also can operate an RRV excavator/crane aswell as 360 excavator, COSS, ES, POS, Lift planner

If iv got no chance what would be my chances of getting employed if I done the NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety?

From a quick Google search looks like Australian Rail Track Corporation are the equivalent of Network Rail in Australia but it looks like in the cities the infrastructure maintenance might be done by the local TOCs.

Try contacting both the Australian Rail Track Corporation and the local TOCs of a city you're thinking of moving to - if they don't know hopefully they'll be able to point you in the direction of some person/company who does know
